Play Lion Guard Protectors of the Pridelands online for free. Protectors of the Pridelands is a minigame compilation set in the world of the Lion Guard. Join Kion and his friends as they rescue the denizens of the Pridelands from various threats. Take them on patrol in various minigames themed for each member of the guard. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. Starting the Game

        This is a minigame compilation. Select a member of the Lion Guard to play a game centered on them.
        The members of the guard are as follows:
        Ono the Keenest of Sight, a cattle egret (Bubulcus ibis)
        Beshte the Strongest, a hippopotamus (Hippopotamus amphibius)
        Kion the Fiercest, a lion (Panthera leo)
        Bunga the Bravest, a honey badger (Mellivora capensis)
        Fuli the Fastest, a cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus)
        Each game begins with a cutscene explaining its premise.
        Skip the audio cutscene by selecting the fast forward button on the lower right.
        Collect tokens to activate each guard member’s special powers.
        You can see how charged your special power through the meter on the upper left side of the screen.
        Left click or tap on their icon to activate the special power.
        Save various animals you encounter across the Pride Lands.
        Ono – Hide and seek
        As Ono, fly across the plains of the Pride Lands.
        Spot the other members of the Lion Guard as they hide below.
        Fly over a member of the guard to find them.

        Ono’s special power is keen sight:
        Ono can quickly scan the Pride Lands for his friends and animals in danger.

        Your score is based on the number of bugs you eat while flying.
        Beshte – Hippo lane
        As Beshte, create a hippo lane.
        “Hippo lanes” or “hippo highways” are a type of path formed by hippos when they pass through a flood plain. Animals use them to move around with ease during floods.
        To create a hippo lane, Beshte must walk across the long grass. and make it to the other side.
        To complete the path, reach the other side.
        Don’t worry about pools of water; the antelope can jump over them with ease.
        Collect fruits for bonus points.
        Rescue animals entangled in the brush.
        Deal with various obstacles:
        Beshte cannot destroy large rocks. He must find a way around them.
        Beshte also cannot destroy logs and small rocks without activating his super strength.
        Turtles act as a physical, if mobile obstacle. They will stand in Beshte’s way, but won’t harm him. They move away (slowly).
        Crocodiles and hippos don’t get along. Avoid making contact with them.
        Your score is based on the distance you traveled and any fruit you collect.
        Kion – Patrol
        Pace through the pride land and walk as far as you can!
        You can only go forwards, left, or right.
        Think of this as an infinite crossing game. Keep Kion moving forward.
        Unlike other games of this type, you do not need to keep moving. The game will not scroll away.
        Because of this, you can play this game slowly and methodically.
        Rescue entangled animals by approaching them.
        Avoid various obstacles that may stand in his way:
        Logs and mud pits
        They don’t really do much. Kion can jump over them with ease.
        Rocks and trees
        You cannot jump over them and must go around them.
        Pits
        If Kion jumps on them, he falls.
        Rivers
        Kion is not a good swimmer.

        Avoid landing on rocks with thorns. If you must, try to land on the edge where aren’t around.
        Some rock ledges are the homes of Janja’s hyenas. Be sure to bail before they attack.
        Avoid staying too long on ledges that are brittle. When the rocks go, you do as well.
        You can’t stand long on a rock that isn’t flat. Jump off before you slip.
        Using Bunga’s power will have him bounce upwards quickly for a brief time.
        You can also use large, bouncy leaves to give Bunga a boost in jumping speed.
        Your score is based on the distance you traveled and the fruits you collect along the way.
        Fuli – Race the baboons
        The chacma baboons (Papio ursinus) have challenged Fuli to a race. Cheetahs are the world’s fastest land animal. Let’s go!
        Fuli runs automatically.
        To maintain her speed, she needs to jump over various obstacles (logs, stones, mud pits).
        To jump, left click or tap on the screen.
        Each time she hits an obstacle, the baboons get closer.
        If she jumps past an obstacle, the baboons get further away.
        Hit too many obstacles at once and the baboons will outrun her.
        Run toward any trapped animal to save them.
        Activate Fuli’s super speed once it’s charged to gain a massive boost:
        While in super-speed, Fuli does not hit anything.
        Like cheetahs in real life, Fuli can only maintain top speed for a short while.
        As you run faster, you encounter more obstacles. You’ve got to keep her jumping.
